Ali Ramay is a senior investigative Reporter associated with Pakistan's City News Network. (24newshd.tv and City42.tv). He has been associated with the CNN group since 2013 and mainly covers investigative stories in departments under the Punjab Government.

Ali Ramay belongs to a Nobel agrarian family of Tehsil Depalpur District Okara. He has attended the University of Punjab and holds a Master Degree in Mass Communication from the Institute of Communication Studies, University of Punjab, Lahore. He joined the CNN group before graduating, and since then, he has been actively working as a professional journalist. In recognition of his quality work, the CNN group has awarded him exclusive honours twice in 2015 and 2016. 

Ali Ramay also holds the international experience of reporting from other countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom to new a few. In 2016, he had covered United States Presidential Elections, and in 2017 he covered the Mayor's election in Chicago, Illinois. Besides that, he had reported from London in 2017 and 2020, respectively. He was working in London when the deadly COVID-19 pandemic broke out in the country.
